Dr. Halpern is very passionate about dentistry. She loves to make a difference in her patients’ lives. Whether curing a painful toothache, enhancing one’s appearance and confidence with cosmetic dental procedures, restoring the ability to chew comfortably with dental implants, or replacing teeth that are congenitally missing.

Dr. Halpern is an International Lecturer of Continuing Education, Author of Scientific Peer-Reviewed Articles, Peer Reviewer for Dental Journal Publications, CEREC® Mentor/Trainer, Beta Tester of CAD/CAM technologies, Key Opinion Leader for multiple dental companies, Editorial Advisory Board member for Dental Product Shopper, Leader in Divas In Dentistry and Leader in EPIC Women’s Dental Group.

Dr. Halpern is a leader in CAD/CAM dentistry, fabricating all porcelain crowns and fillings in one visit. She has been a CEREC mentor on CerecDoctors.com, one of the largest private technology training centers in the U.S., since 2012. As a mentor, she helps hundreds of dentists all over the world better understand and implement same-day crown technology and esthetics. She also travels throughout the year to meet with other doctors at the onsite training center.

Dr. Halpern grew up on Long Island, New York. She attended Binghamton University, New York, for undergraduate studies and majored in Biology. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in only three years time and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Halpern graduated with a dual degree from the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania in 2002, earning both a Doctorate in Dental Medicine and a Masters Degree in Higher Education. Here, she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for her academic achievements. She then completed a General Practice Residency in 2003 at New York Presbyterian-Cornell Weill Medical Center in Manhattan.

Dr. Halpern is an internationally recognized leader in the dental field for educating other dental professionals. She is known for her lecture presentations, as well as published dental articles in both national and international peer reviewed dental journals on the topics of dental implants, dental photography, all Ceramic dental restorations, and CAD/CAM Dentistry.

Dr. Halpern has been voted by her peers and named a USA Top Dentist since 2012, a distinct honor. In 2014, she was voted and named “Long Island’s Top General Dentist” by Long Island Pulse Magazine. She has been featured in Long Island Pulse’s Top Doctors Issue for the past five consecutive years. In 2016, and again in 2017, Bethpage Long Island Press nominated her for the “Best of Long Island” contest in the category of general dentist.

Dr. Halpern was very honored to be the recipient of the 2017 Angel Award. The Angel Award honors women of Long Island who have excelled and created impact in the areas of community, volunteer, philanthropy, and business development.

Dr. Halpern has remained dedicated to continuing her education, having completed advanced training in placing dental implants, esthetics and restorative dentistry. She has earned the New York State Dental Association continuing education award, which honors commitment and dedication to keeping abreast of the latest developments in dentistry.
